PIEP participated in the presentation of the Blue Bioeconomy Pact, held today at the Port of Leixões Cruise Terminal.

At this event, PIEP had the opportunity to present sustainable solutions based on marine bioresources, with applications in industrial sectors such as: automotive, textiles, packaging, and consumer goods.

A highlight was the demonstration of innovative materials for additive manufacturing, reinforcing PIEP’s role in promoting the bioeconomy and industrial sustainability.

The Blue Bioeconomy Pact is one of the Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation within the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), promoting the valorisation of marine resources as a driver of innovation and sustainable growth.
