IsTPO project – Injection Molds on TPO

The IsTPO project – Injection Molds on TPO for soft-touch applications aimed to investigate, implement and validate in the industrial environment a new technology for Injection over TPO through the study and development of molds and manufacturing processes, incorporating high technological knowledge, aiming the reduction and integration of the processing phases, and cost reduction.

It contemplated the introduction of new light and resistant materials, with new functions such as anti-fogging, smell in parts with one or more functions composed of more than one material.
