Modular prefabrication of cost-controlled buildings

Development of a modular system for civil construction based on the assembly of prefabricated elements.

The new products are based on the concept of prefabricated sandwich panel consisting of outer layers in BRF (fiber-reinforced bituminous), connected by light material, GFRP (fiber-reinforced plastics), giving rise to a panel with appropriate structural properties and good insulation thermal and acoustic. The speed of construction and the cost of the construction elements make these houses competitive compared to traditional solutions.
