Within the scope of the GreenHub project, PIEP will be hosting the workshop “Life Cycle Assessment: What is it? What is it for? How is it done?”, a session dedicated to understanding one of the main methodologies for evaluating the environmental impacts of products, processes, and services.
Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) allows for the integrated analysis of all phases of the life cycle—from raw material extraction to end-of-life—supporting more sustainable and informed decision-making.
This workshop will be held on April 20th, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in a hybrid format (in-person at the Vila Nova de Cerveira Innovation Center and online). It will cover the fundamental concepts of LCA, its practical applications, and the main stages of implementation.
