On May 10th at PIEP – Centre for Innovation in Polymer Engineering – in Guimarães, a free workshop will be held on the relationship between Rheology and 3D Printing, with analysis and discussion of the contribution of Rheology science to 3D Printing.
This workshop brings together experts from Academia, Industry and Technology and Innovation Centers, with representatives from entities such as SPR – Portuguese Society of Rheology, FEUP – Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, NORLEQ – Equipments and Services, Lda., Done Lab and PIEP.
The workshop program includes demonstrations of Rheology tests in the laboratory and visits to PIEP laboratories, presentations of new technologies in Rheology and new 3D Printing techniques, and more techniques associated with Rheology, among other topics.
This workshop is carried out within the scope of the POLARISE project, of interaction, technology, and knowledge transfer with the PIEP environment.
