
On December 10th, PIEP – Centre for Innovation in Polymer Engineering – will hold a free webinar dedicated to the theme “Electronic Device Enclosures: Design, Innovation and Sustainability”.
The webinar, held within the scope of the Polarise project, will share with the community and partners best practices, materials, and sustainable methodologies in the development of electronic device enclosures.
The event will bring together academic and industrial experts around the theme of sustainable design and innovation in industry.
PIEP will demonstrate its experience in correlating numerical simulation vs. experimental testing.
The University of Minho will discuss the importance of materials, manufacturing processes, and design considerations.
The company Addvolt will discuss the development of electronic enclosures focused on the transport sector.
The IEP – Portuguese Electrotechnical Institute – will share its experience on enclosure validation testing.
This webinar, aimed at companies, students, and anyone interested in the topic of sustainable innovation in electronic devices, will begin at 2 PM and is scheduled to end at 4:20 PM.
