This study enables to understand all issues related to flow and cooling during the filling, compacting, and cooling phases of the molded parts, and subsequent analysis of warp associated with the entire injection moulding process, as well as the optimization of the associated functional systems, namely the feeding system and temperature control system.
This analysis will guarantee the most demanding dimensional and tolerance accuracy. The production of magnetized molded parts during the injection process allows the elimination of some conventional production steps and reduction of associated costs in the production of the final component since it will be a unique process, with in-mold magnetization.
