The MOBFOOD project aims to answer the challenges related to the promotion of a more competitive national food industry. It will promote new growth strategies based on the strengthening of technological, innovation, and R&D capacity oriented towards obtaining new products, services, processes, or technologies, acting along the entire value chain, and strengthening collaboration between the business and non-business sectors.
PIEP is working on PPS 3: “Sustainable packaging with active properties for food applications” with the aim of Investigate and develop new packaging with improved barrier properties and unique active characteristics.
