On May 11, PIEP— the Centre for Innovation in Polymer Engineering—and the Centre for Computer Graphics (CCG/ZGDV) will launch a digital platform designed to transform the management of research and innovation (R&I) projects. The presentation will take place at 9:30 a.m. at the CCG/ZGDV facilities. It will mark the market launch of a solution to challenges long identified by organizations that manage complex projects, particularly in co-funded contexts.
The new platform integrates, within a single digital infrastructure, various critical aspects of project management, ranging from technical and scientific components to financial and operational aspects. The solution allows for aligning external requirements—such as milestones, deliverables, and funding entities’ requirements—with the internal needs of teams, offering a continuous and structured view of project execution. The goal is to simplify processes, increase transparency, and support decision-making throughout the entire project lifecycle.
With a focus on usability and efficiency, this platform seeks to reduce the complexity inherent in R&I management, thereby promoting greater rigor and coordination across areas. The launch event for the Integrated Research and Innovation (R&I) Project Management Platform featured institutional presentations, a strategic overview, and a practical demonstration of the solution.
