On September 24th, a free workshop will be held at PIEP – Innovation in Polymer Engineering – in Guimarães, dedicated to the role and importance of printed electronics in the plastics industry.
Printed electronics in the plastics industry is an area that has attracted a lot of interest, especially in the automotive sector. The digitalization of products is an inevitable trend and fundamental to global competitiveness. The workshop will feature the participation of national experts such as Prof. Júlio Viana, from the University of Minho, and international experts such as Dr. Fabio Paolucci, product development specialist at Mitsubishi Chemical Europe.
The event sessions promise to be extremely rich, with innovative discussions expected to inspire industrial and academic partners, providing different and valuable perspectives, and helping companies stay informed about the latest trends and installed capabilities.
This workshop is held within the scope of the POLARISE project, for interaction, technology, and knowledge transfer with the PIEP environment.
